Came to Seoul Galbi during lunch. Tried the Spicy pork Bibimbap with kimchi banchan. Food was very flavorful! The portions were large, can easily be split. Enjoyed the the different types of kimchi. Ambience and service was nice as well.

This is the kbbq place local Koreans go to when they want kbbq but they're not willing to make the trip out to Fort Lee or Pal Park. Also for the older Korean gentlemen playing golf across the street and want an immediate kbbq/soju fix right after golf. Including me and my family. I was out to dinner with my parents and kids when we ran into my husband and his friends who happened to already be there after a round of golf across the street. So like.. the local diner equivalent of kbbq? Acceptable/decent kbbq and miscellaneous dishes, nothing fancy or over the top. In fact, we're going here for dinner again tonight.

Delicious! Good service in a clean, albeit dingy, restaurant. As a group of four, we ordered japchae, dumplings, and edamame as appetizers. They were all good, but I'd skip the dumplings as bland and focus on the japchae. We split bulgogi, galbi bimimbap, and ton katsu as entrees. The banchan was delish. I was smitten with the salad that accompanied the ton katsu, which was just a simple spinach salad with a scrumptious ginger dressing. I could have eaten a bucket of it. My favorite was, predictably, the galbi bimimbap. I'm surprised nobody licked the hot plate. Great place for a group or casual meal!

When I go there, I usually get their BBQ. The service is very good. They grille all the BBQ in front of you. The side dishes that they give are delicious. They have other traditional Korean food on the menu, too. They have sodas, wine, beer, hot tea, or water. It's a cute place and plenty of parking

I won't claim to know authentic Korean food but I will claim this food is dang good!! Wear some stretchy pants and set aside at least an hour to cook and eat. All staff have been friendly and welcoming. The food just keeps coming!

Seoul Galbi has been one of my favorite Korean BBQ restaurants. Remotely located(a single building of its own)in Paramus, NJ, it always allows for a moment of relaxation whenever I visit here. Not so busy during weekdays or lunch time, but you may need to wait for a while for Saturday or Sunday dinner. Marinated Galbi and Rib-eye Steak are always solid choice, paired with lots of side dishes including doenjang/kimchi jjige and steamed egg. The service (specifically the larger dining area on the left) is superb. My family routinely has been visiting once a month for the past couple of years. Recently (Q1 in 2024), some meats were not as good as before, but I hope it was just one or two bad timing/ either not-enough marinated meat or quality of beef. Will visit again soon and I hope I can write a 5-star review next time.

Solid Korean food in an area void of Korean restaurants. I haven't had Korean bbq items here but have had a number of the other entrees. All of the food I've had here is pretty good and compares favorably to the well-known Korean restaurants in the Palisades Park/Fort Lee area. They give a good amount of banchan (side dishes). Nothing special about the interior. Staff is prompt and easily accessible should you need anything. Prices are a little bit higher than normal, including the lunch specials, but not egregious since they have a monopoly on Korean food in the area.
